How do i make a gothic ragdoll costume?

For Halloween, I'm planning on being a gothic ragdoll. Like, a dark version of Raggedy Ann. I don't really have alot of money to buy a costume, so I'm going to make it. By the way, I know it's early, but I like planning ahead. Anyway, any advice on how to make my costume?
